Living After Loss: Being Whole In Christ

Thursdays 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Shalom is the Hebrew word that is most frequently used in conversations about peace and peacemaking, but living shalom may also give us a new perspective on living with fullness of health, joy, and peace. We can seek God first and live each day from a deep place of shalom.

Grief, worry, fear, self-doubt, hopelessness, depression, anxiety, and despair are just some of the feelings that can interfere with our pursuit of shalom. Each Thursday, we will meet to have a conversation together about what it means to follow Christ with our whole self, and what God has to say about how we can bring wellness to our lives spiritually, mentally, and physically after loss.  We will have a time for sharing and discuss topics of prayer practice, gratitude, the importance of community all within God’s Kingdom!

The Well Bible Study

Wednesdays from 7-8:15 pm

in the Primary Room

Singing Praise to the Lord!

Have you ever heard a song of inspiration at just the right time?  Come learn about the stories and the scripture behind your favorite songs and hymns at

The Well!

The Well is a topical Bible Study that meets Wednesdays from 7-8:15 p.m.

We will focus on some of your favorite hymns as well as contemporary songs from bands and singers such as Casting Crowns, U2, Tenth Avenue North, Rich Mullins, and Switchfoot to learn the story as well as the scripture behind the songs.

Feel free to join us when you can—each week we will be learning something new! In this Bible study we share Bible stories and scripture, discussing how it applies to our daily walk as disciples of Christ. This group is for all ages and stages--no experience is necessary! Bring a Bible, a curiosity, your questions, and an open heart.

Looking ahead~ Future topics coming this fall for The Well Bible Study also include “The Beatitudes and the Sermon on the Mount.”  Watch the bulletin for updates!
